Who am I actually contracting with?
Kodetis is a French company based on Reunion Island, a French department and part of the European Union. French law, invoicing in euros, EU VAT rules. For an organisation in Mauritius, Madagascar, the Seychelles or the Comoros, that means a European contract without leaving the region.
What are your working hours compared to mine?
Reunion Island is GMT+4. That is the same working day as Mauritius and the Seychelles, one hour from Madagascar and the Comoros, and a working overlap that runs from the Gulf across Asia to Australia. No early calls, no waiting a day for an answer that crosses a timezone.
In which language do we work?
French and English. Deliverables are written in whichever you pick, and that choice is made at the start of the engagement rather than negotiated later.
How does remote work in practice?
The DevSecOps work lives in your repository and needs nothing else. Project and CISO work runs on a fixed cadence agreed upfront, with two moments where being in the room matters: the kickoff and any critical milestone. Those are travelled to, and they are named in the proposal so nobody discovers them halfway through.
What happens to our work if the engagement stops?
Deliverables land in your repository from day one, in open formats, with no proprietary tooling and no hosting you depend on us for. Exit conditions are written into the contract before it starts. You should be able to walk away with everything, and that is easier to design at the beginning than to arrange at the end.
How is what I send handled?
Confidentially, under GDPR. A non-disclosure agreement is signed before any engagement. This site collects nothing: it has no form, no analytics account tied to you, only a mail address and a link.
If it turns out we are not the right people, we will say so.
The practice covers four areas and stops there. When a request sits outside them, or when what you sent needs more than a review, you get told what it would actually take instead of a proposal shaped to fit.
