Kodetis is a consulting practice and a software publisher. When an engagement turns up a need that the available tooling does not cover, it becomes a lab project, and the work gets written up in public while it is still being done.
What the lab is working on.
Each project has its entry on beta.kodetis.com: what it is after, three markers, a dated status. The date next to each status is the day that entry was last revised, so a stalled project cannot hide behind the word research.

In R&D Entry revisedDetecting attacks on language models, AI agents and MCP servers, from the developer machine through to production. Designed to run entirely on premise: nothing leaves the infrastructure it is installed on.

First stations Entry revisedA hostile USB device goes in, clean and traceable files come out, without the drive ever touching the trusted network.

In service Entry revisedZero-knowledge file transfer and expiring messages, built on an open archive format. The server never holds the contents or the keys, which is a property you can test rather than a claim you have to accept.

Projects start inside engagements
Security work turns up needs that existing tooling does not cover. What gets built to answer one of them goes back out onto the next engagement, which is also where it gets found out.

Deployment is a choice, not an imposed default
ATLAS-AI is designed to run entirely inside the infrastructure of the organisation using it. Éclat installs on your own servers or runs as a Cloud edition operated by Kodetis. The trade-off is yours to make, and it is made before signature, not after.

The work is documented in public
What each project is trying to solve, its status and the date it was last revised are public on beta.kodetis.com, long before a project is finished. It is also how the dates above can be checked: open the page and read the date under each card. The technical detail lives on blog.kodetis.com.

Code that can be read back
Open source where that is possible, open formats where it is not. Éclat is built on MLA, an open archive format published by ANSSI, the French national cybersecurity agency.
A problem none of these three covers?
That is usually how a fourth one starts. Describe the situation in an email, attach whatever you already have, and you get an honest read on whether it is a tool worth building or an engagement worth running.
